Tucked away in a rather generic shopping centre, Clik Coffee Bistro offers a break of the mundane and uninspired surrounding landscape such a shopping centre offers.
Boasting a 4.4 star rating on Google, I had high hopes from the moment I set foot in Clik. Overall, they did not disappoint. While my main focus was on the coffee, I will also reveal my rating for atmosphere and service at the end of the post.
In terms of atmosphere, it was fairly quiet for mid-morning. Although that bode well in finding a comfy seat. Floor to ceiling windows offered an abundance of natural light. The service was quite pleasant as well. Very cheerful and quite prompt.
Now, onto the most important part-coffee! Their latte showed potential from the very beginning. The foam was immaculate- dense and velvety-exactly what you hope for when ordering a latte. Diving deeper into the drink, my enthusiasm grew with every sip. The ratio of milk to espresso achieved a delicate balance of perfection, every sip was the perfect ratio. All in all, this latte was good to the last drop. Well done, Clik!
