Just a stones throw from where we were staying, Pacific Brimm was recommended to us based on their food. Of course, I was there for the coffee. The shop looked as though it had potential. There was plenty of character and charm in the decor to go along with a variety of seating options, both outdoors and inside. The barista who greeted us was friendly and knowledgeable. However, after all of this, the latte I ordered was, quite simply put, average.

Nothing about it screamed “wow”. The foam on my latte could’ve used a bit more care. There were some rather large bubbles and the density of it was very weak. As the foam dissolved away, the espresso was rather underwhelming. Normally, I like a bold espresso taste in my latte, but when done right, a subtler flavour is just as pleasant. Pacific Brimm’s was unfortunately, neither.
There was an almost watered down aspect to the taste of the espresso that did not leave me craving more. In the end, I got about 3/4 of the way through before I threw in the towel. Now, with that said, it was not the worst latte I’d ever had, but seeing as it was a day removed from Shed’s awesome latte, this one was quite the disappointment. A place that had tons of potential just didn’t cut it when it came to their coffee. I will say, however, that their food was good.
Now, onto the ratings.

I used to be suggested this website by means of my cousin. I am now not
positive whether this put up is written by way of him as no one
else know such particular about my problem. You’re amazing!
Thanks!
