Moguls Coffee House-Whistler

Moguls is a charming little cafe located in Whistler Village. It was one of those places that you walk into and you just know you’re going to get a good cup of coffee. The decor was somewhat something you’d expect from an independent shop with a large tourist clientele (not that it’s a bad thing, I dig the vibe). What separates Moguls from the slew of other shops is their location. You can’t really beat the overall atmosphere plus the incredible scenery in all directions. It really made it special.

The staff were really great. They had a sense of urgency about them (and I can’t blame them with the constant line they seem to have), yet they were very friendly and quite chatty. This combined with the overall atmosphere of the place made for quite an enjoyable visit when it was all said and done.

Such a good latte!

As I said earlier, you just know this is a place where you’ll get great coffee (I definitely did). For starters, my latte was very pleasing to the eye. I loved how smooth and silky the foam was- it was quite perfect! Diving further into the latte, the actual espresso delicately balanced out the milk. It was almost too delicate of a flavour, but the more I drank it ,the more it came through and was overall quite nice. This was one of the better lattes I’ve had since I began this blogging journey. It was the perfect warmup on a rather chilly day. Thanks, Moguls! I will definitely be back next time I’m in town.

P.S. Their vegan cookies are to die for! (I’ve heard the rest of their pastries are great too).
