Welcome to Matt’s Coffee Chat’s first annual year in review. Over the course of two weeks, I’ll be highlighting some stats from the blog that I found interesting as well as reflecting on some of my favourite posts from the year. Now, I only started in August, so technically not a full year, but there’s still some interesting things to look at. Let’s dive in, shall we?
Top Three Countries (percentage of viewership):
1) Canada- 87.1%
2) United States- 4.8%
3) United Kingdom- 2.7%
I guess it should come as no surprise that Canada is number one (by far) on this list as almost all of my posts revolve around Canada-based companies. However, big plans are in the works to make 2020 more international. More on that soon.
Top Three Posts (percentage of viewership):
1) Gas Station Coffee- 8.4%
2) Decades- 7.7%
3) The Penny- 5.4%
Apparently I should start drinking more gas station coffee. You guys seem to like it. Also, shout out to Decades and The Penny (as well as their followers) for being so active on my posts.
Most Popular Day:
Tuesday- 27% of total views.
No surprise here as I almost exclusively post on Tuesday.
Most Popular Time of Day:
The early bird gets the worm I suppose?

And this is just scratching the surface. Thank you all for following along so far. I look forward to seeing how far we can take this next year and beyond. But before that, stay tuned next week as I explore some of my favourite stops and reflect on them in more detail. See you then!
