Nestled in Vedder Park in Chilliwack right next to the river, Amble Coffee, an adorable little coffee truck that has only been around for a few months, has already had a significant impact not only on the local coffee scene, but on the Valley as a whole. Everything from their branding, location, coffee and beyond is on point. They should be proud of how far they’ve come and all they’ve accomplished so far.
First things first, not only do they have an incredibly scenic location, but their service is top notch. We visited on their second day open. As expected, they were quite busy when we arrived, but as we ordered, they had great positive energy and were genuinely happy to see us. It was great to see. So far, this was shaping up to be an incredibly experience.

Amble uses beans from 49th Parallel, specifically their Old School Espresso. A great choice if I must say. Anyway, the latte overall was very, very nice. The foam was velvety providing a very smooth foundation for the drink to build on, which it took full advantage of. There was a great balance between the boldness of the espresso and the creaminess of the milk, something that other places don’t always nail down, but Amble certainly did. Essentially, the incredibly beautiful atmosphere translated perfectly into this beautiful latte. Couple that with the pleasant service and I will definitely make a point of stopping by whenever I’m in Chilliwack. Thanks guys!
