Coffee Review:
The lightness of this roast really jumped out in the aroma of the coffee. However, it also showcased just how vibrant this roast was! It was a complex combination of rich and sweet that made for an excellent cup of coffee. The sweetness from the dates combined with the brown sugar notes hits first. A wonderful first step, I might add. This is followed by intense chocolate notes that carry well into the finish, resulting in the coffee having incredible staying power. I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention again just how lively this coffee and its tasting notes are. They really help make this coffee something special and incredibly memorable. This is definitely one of my favourite roasts I’ve had the pleasure of trying this year. Thanks Pan Pan Coffee! Be sure to check out their website and give them a follow on Instagram.
