Crickle Creek Coffee Pt.II- Home

Hope everyone is thirsty because it’s time to go back to the creek, the Crickle Creek that is. That’s right, it’s finally time for part two of my Crickle Creek Coffee review. You can find part one here where I review their Kenyan coffee. This time around, I’m discussing their Colombian offering. As you know, I was a big fan of their Kenyan coffee and this one was another solid option. Let’s dive in!

For starters, this roast offered up a very sweet aroma with both fruity and rich dark chocolate notes. In terms of taste, my initial thoughts revolved around how smooth this coffee is- like, incredibly smooth. I get those darker, chocolate notes upfront which then transition into a lighter, sweeter and fruity combination. Peach, or perhaps apricot notes, really stand out in my mind here. Overall, this coffee has a really strong linger coupled by a crisp, clean finish that really rounds things out nicely. I don’t have a ton of Colombian coffees, but perhaps I should start- this offering was really nice. Thanks again Crickle Creek for this!

And be sure to follow Crickle Creek on Instagram as well as checking out their website here. Until next time, cheers!
