Hey everyone! This week, I’m switching it up and doing a different kind of post. There’s so many amazing coffee roasters out there and since I started this blog, I’ve tried a ton of great coffees from some of these roasters. However, there’s also SO many that I have yet to try. I thought it would be a good idea to list a few of the roasters that are on my ‘to-try’ list (roasters are listed in no particular order). Let’s go!

Rabbit Hole Roasters
These guys have been on my list for a looooong time! Based out of Montreal, I’ve heard nothing but incredible things about their range of coffee. I really like their logo and bag designs. Their experience box is something that caught my eye a while back and is a great way to try several different roasts! You can find Rabbit Holes full list of coffees on their website.
Harken Coffee
Vancouver based Harken Coffee has, in my eyes, developed almost a cult-like following, and rightfully so. Many of the posts I’ve seen praise Harken for their sleek packaging (as well as the great coffee inside). They offer several different size options for their abundance of different roasts. Needless to say, Harken is high on my list of coffees to try!
Beachcomber Coffee
Located in Gibsons, BC on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, Beachcomber has been roasting coffee for over five years now. In such a short time, they’ve developed quite an impressive following. I’m sure that speaks to the quality of the beans that they put out. They have a pair of sharp looking cafes as well as some pretty stunning bag art. Being located in BC is a bonus too! Check out their website for all Beachcomber has to offer.
Lüna Coffee
Continuing the BC theme, Lüna Coffee is another roaster that has caught my eye. Unique tasting notes, coupled with sleek design is a win in my books. What more can I say? There’s a reason that Lüna Coffee makes an appearance on my list! You can check out their array of options here.
Well, there you have it. These are a few of the roasters that have caught my eye, but I just haven’t gotten around to trying them out yet. Are there any roasters that you think I should add to my wish-list? Get a hold of my on Instagram. And who knows, with so many amazing roasters out there, I might have to do a part II. Until next time, cheers!
